Background and Discussion:
The project is to construct waterfront structures, pedestrian bridges, parking lot, boardwalk, trail, parking lot, lighting and landscape in both Alexander Deussen and Dwight D. Eisenhower Parks. The County advertised the project on March 8, 2024. Three competitive sealed proposals were received on April 22, 2024. The award process was put on hold. With such long holding period, the bids will have to be canceled and rebid.

This action will allow the project to be re-bid.
