Background and Discussion:
On April 12, 2016, Commissioners Court approved an agreement for an Enterprise Resource Planning System for Harris County. HCUS is requesting approval of an amendment for additional cloud infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) support services.

To prevent interruption by maintaining support services for the Oracle and PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning System.
