Background and Discussion:
The project includes road construction at Greenhouse Road from south of Cornerstone Arbor Drive to south of
Cypress North Houston Road for Harris County Precinct 3.
This change in contracts includes:
• Cost of Cleaning, Preparation, and repainting of existing bridge combination rail: $19,205.00.
• Cost includes overrun and underrun of bid items based on the actual quantities of materials furnished and installed on the jobsite: $265,309.33.
Expected Impact:
The change in contract allows the Contractor to be compensated.
