The Harris County Veterans Service Department (VSD) was awarded the annual TVC grant for the grant term 07/01/24 - 06/30/25 and is using a new Project ID TVC_GY24 to track program costs. There is one PCN that needs to be extended to match the new grant term.

Extending this PCN will better enable VSD to execute the services under the grant.
