Background and Discussion:

Precinct requested the Office of the County Engineer to enter into an agreement for professional engineering services to remove the roadside ditches, and construct five-foot-wide sidewalks by installing a storm sewer system for subdivisions in the Highlands area. The Highlands area is bounded by West Canal Road to the north, Crosby Lynchburg Road to the east, Harris Road to the south and the San Jacinto River to the west.
