Background and Discussion:

On December 12, 2024, the Department of Housing & Community Development completed the online enrollment process for access to the federal E-Verify system. The process required the Department of Housing & Community Development to e-sign terms of service in an online Memorandum of Understanding that, because of the online process, could not be printed and presented to Commissioners Court in advance of signature. The Department of Housing & Community Development requests that their signature to the MOU terms of service be ratified be Commissioners Court. The program charges no fee for participation.
