Background and Discussion:
The project includes the design of over 8-mile sidewalk along Spears Road, TC Jester Boulevard and Walters Road within and near the Claughton Middle School attendance boundaries. The design also includes the pedestrian facility upgrades to the current standard at multiple signalized intersections.
Expected Impact:
The proposed sidewalk will provide a safe route to the school and neighborhood connectivity to the commercial facilities along the major roads.
