Background and Discussion:
Rebuilding a traffic signal at the intersection of Blackhawk Boulevard and Southbluff Boulevard is a project that aims to enhanced traffic movements at the existing intersection. The service outlet location statement is needed to establish electrical service from CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC to power the traffic signal.
