Background and Discussion:
As a result of the Re-Center Housing Facility recently being acquired by The Harris Center for Mental Health & IDD, Housing and Community Development requests approval of two related assignments and respective amendments of loan documents for two properties comprising the facility located at 1104 Alabama Street and 3809 Main Street in Houston in Precinct 1.
From these transactions, no funding nor additional funding on this project is being provided by HCD nor the County.
