Background and Discussion:
The professional services contract was originally executed on 02/27/2018 with IDCUS Inc. in the amount of $502,937. The contract was amended 6 times with the latest amendment approved by court on 1/25/2022. This project has been mutually agreed upon for termination. An amount of $53,307.98 in unexpended funds will be returned to the County as part of the termination of the agreement.
