Background and Discussion:

Federal Hall helps the county as a Grant Liaison, in doing so it helps the county acquire federal grant funding which is vital to keeping programs throughout Precinct 4 funded.  This also helps reduce the overall workload for the county and helps increase ease of funding.

 

Expected Impact:

Without these services it would be more difficult to acquire grant funding for Precinct 4.
