Background and Discussion:
The Leon Z. Grayson/Baldree Community Center Renovation are both existing facilities and located at 13828 Corpus Christi St., Houston, TX 77015 on a 63,000 square foot tract of land owned by the County of Harris. Grayson is a 5,880 square foot metal building, and Baldree is a 10,507 square foot metal building. The community center was constructed in the 1980s and is open to the public daily providing a variety of recreational classes including performing arts, dancing, and fine arts. The community center provides safe, healthy, and fun experiences for residents of all ages in the North Channel area.
Expected Impact:
This court action would allow said firm to perform professional engineering services in compliance with Harris County Engineering specifications.

Should we not move forward with this court action another consultant will be selected delaying this project.
