Background and Discussion: 
 
Project includes reconstruction of the existing 2-lane asphalt roadway to a 4-lane concrete pavement section with appropriate drainage system within a 100-foot right of way.  Change includes cost and time for electrical service relocation for 25126 Gosling Rd.

Changes allow for addition of new work to complete the project in accordance with the original intent of the project and in compliance with Precinct’s requests.
