Background and Discussion:
Project includes installation and repair of sidewalk and trail in Various Locations in Harris County Precinct 4. The Precinct has requested for new bid items be added to the contract. All missing in the current bid. The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
