Background and Discussion:
This is the thirteenth annual training program for thirty of the most qualified leaders of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and is one of the best investments by the department for its team members.
Expected Impact:
The program brings together a diverse team of personnel from across the leadership philosophy from world-renowned guest speakers. LDI graduates have continued their career humbling serving the Sheriff’s Office in various critical functions while leaving legacies with the positive changes they have made
