Background and Discussion:
The original Lease Agreement commenced on or about June 11, 2018. The First Amendment commenced on or about September 28, 2021. Lone Star College provides instruction and training in firefighting and fire science. This Second Amendment will extend the lease term for six (6) months.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will extend the term through June 30, 2025.
