Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Homeless Outreach Team are required to check remote areas for homeless encampments. Many areas are vast and difficult to access on foot. Deputies need to be able to check for hazards, and aggressive animals. Checking these areas from an aerial perspective would be more efficient and safter for those needing to access the areas.
The Mavic M3T is a reliable aircraft with thermal capabilities, the ability to live-stream and coordinate flight with other air assets.
