Background and Discussion:
To increase the CDBG-DR funds from $859,900,679.96 to $880,140,858.39. The $20,240,178.43 funds are added back from the previous amendment. The following attachments were revised: Project Budgets; Performance Statements; Federal Assurance and Certifications; General Affirmations; Nonexclusive List of Applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations; and GLO Information Security Appendix.
