Background and Discussion:
Commissioners Court approved an award on June 28, 2022 to The Cleaning Source, LLC for Various Women, Infant, and Children Centers for Harris County Public Health Services (PHS). Utilization of grant funds were required for a portion of the contract, so six (6) locations were removed and rebid under Job No. 23/0474. This request is for a change in contract transmittal for the service location changes previously done.
