Background and Discussion:
The project includes the mill and overlay of various roads in the Cloverleaf area for the BetterStreets2Neighborhoods Community Program for Harris County Precinct 2.
Work has been completed in accordance with Harris County standards and specifications. This change in contract allows processing of final pay estimate and close out the project.

This action allows for unused funds to be returned to Harris County.
