Background and Discussion:
Landfill Services to Accept Type IV, Non-Putrescible, Non-Compacted Solid Waste and Recycling Materials supports Harris County and the Harris County Flood Control District by providing authorized disposal and recycling services for eligible waste materials generated through routine operations, maintenance activities, and public infrastructure projects.
