Background and Discussion:
On February 21, 2023, Commissioners Court authorized the solicitation of professional construction
management, inspection and material testing services for the construction of the East EZ TAG Store and the
Northeast EZ TAG Store. ING Garza, PLLC was identified as the most qualified firm.
The selected firm will be responsible for assisting with the procurement, design, and preparation of construction documents, and LEED Certification for the Northeast EZTAG Store. The selected firm will also oversee construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure optimum levels of safety and quality. The selected firm will also guarantee that all work is performed in accordance with the contract documents.
Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
