Justification & Alternatives:

The community center currently has an ADA-compliant entrance in a low-traffic and inconvenient area. The stairs at the front of the entrance are steep, and some constituents have issues climbing them. Adding a ramp will improve accessibility for all visitors.

The alternative would be to keep the entrance as it is and seek alternative funding. The ramp has already been designed, so moving forward with the project is a priority.
