Background and Discussion:
This grant supports Professional Services, including design, engineering, and other pre-construction expenses related to the Edgewater Park Boat Launch located at Hamblen Road near IH69, Harris County, Texas, Precinct 3. The grant deadline needs to be extended to allow completion of all activities and administrative grant closeout. This amendment makes no changes other than extending the grant end date.
