A Stormwater Quality Vegetative Easement was placed on the property due to the site development proposing to do Low Impact Development. The original site owner has sold the property, the new owner is not doing Low Impact Development, and requests that the SWQ Vegetative Easement be removed from the property by signature from Harris County representative.
