Background and Discussion:
Softway Solutions, Inc. is experienced in transforming people, teams, and operations. This is important for the HCD Operations Team because the group has evolved and reduced significantly over the past few years in response to significant changes in our HCD programs, staffing, levels and types of funding, and physical locations. We look forward to resetting our Operations Leadership Team with proven facilitators to kick off the new FY and allow us to reach our ambitious KPIs, Strategic Goal of being an Employer of Choice, and operational demands from our programs.
