Background and Discussion:

Homeland Security Bureau would like to request to have three (3) Humvees (equipment #: 10335, 10336 and 28086) removed from inventory. These Humvees are no longer being utilized and need repairs. Since they are a part of the LESO program and considered to be a controlled item, the Humvees will need to be returned to LESO.
