Background and Discussion:
The County executed an agreement for Professional Engineering Services with Halff Associates, Inc in 2020 and now seeks to terminate the contract. The project scope included upgrading the existing two lane asphalt to four lane concrete boulevard, underground storm sewer, raised median and traffic signal improvements.
Expected Impact:
The project will be terminated, and the encumbered funds returned to the Precinct.
