Background and Discussion:
The Children’s Assessment Center (CAC) requests an updated 2024-2026 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with its partnering agencies. The current MOU, signed in 2023, was recently reviewed and revised. The CAC requires all partnering agencies to sign and agree to the CAC MOU and MDT Working Protocols.
