Harris County and the United States Soccer Foundation are working together to generate a recreational mini soccer pitch at Freed Park. A Grant is being awarded in the form of a SnapSports mini pitch surface with goal and lighting
installation (“Mini Pitch”), supplied by Musco Sports Lighting (“Vendor”), which shall be valued by
Foundation, in its sole and absolute discretion, in an amount up to $100,000.
