Background and Discussion: Request for approval of an award based on low bid meeting specifications to Spark Lighting in the amount of $1,955,000.00 for On-Call Solar Lighting Installation Project UPIN 25103MF3NH01, Precinct 3, MWDBE Contracted Goal 13.1%.
The scope of this on-call term contract includes a turnkey proposal solution that consists of the design, furnishing, installation and testing of Solar-powered light-emitting diode (LED) luminaire assemblies for Harris County Precinct 3 parks.
