Request by Housing and Community Development for approval to accept an amendment to an agreement with the Texas General Land Office to revise the performance statements for the Harris County Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Program - Infrastructure and Planning Projects Funding Contract.

Background and Discussion:
To amend said Agreement (Amendment 6) to revise the Performance Statements throughout the Planning and Infrastructure Programs by adding one planning study and two infrastructure projects.
• Planning Program Study added
o Harris County Community Studies
§ Subrecipient shall conduct a study to assess neighborhood needs identified by residents and local organizations to provide recommendations for community resiliency.
• Infrastructure Program Projects added
o Barker Northglen Evacuation Signals: Evacuation Route Improvements
§ Install one (1) traffic signal employing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) technologies which will include installation of a pole, signal head, controller with battery backup along with pedestrian crossings and curb drainage improvements. Subrecipient shall also complete associated appurtenances.
