Background and Discussion:
This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, for the purpose of performing governmental functions and services and to state the terms, rights, and duties of the contracting parties.
Expected Impact:
To manage and complete debris operations, following a nature disaster, Commissioner Precinct 3 may use designated portions of the Klein Multipurpose Property as a stacking and storing area for vegetative debris.
