Background and Discussion:
The Houston Bar Association is collecting new children’s Halloween costumes for children receiving services from the DRO’s Visitation Center. The Center will receive these costumes on October 13, 2025 and distribute them to children visiting on October 18, 2025.
Expected Impact:
The Halloween costumes have an estimated retail value of $1200 and will provide comfort.
