Expected Impact:
The approval of this amendment will enable HCPL to continue business operations including word processing, email, Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, using the Windows operating system for staff and public computing, and the business servers that power business operations including STARS access. This is a replacement for term contract #1832 for Microsoft Licenses for the Harris County Public Library System. HCPL utilizes this term contract for all Microsoft products essential for business operations and provision to the public.
