Background and Discussion:
Requested by the Texas Anti-Gang Center at 2500 East T.C. Jester Blvd. Houston, Texas 77008; on behalf of all participating agencies in TAG Center with a nexus to all Harris County Sheriff’s Office detention/custodial facilities.
Expected Impact:
Amendment to the agreement to provide automated analytics investigative software leveraging authorized inmate communications originating from correctional facilities’ phone systems. LeoTech will deploy the Verus system within the State of Texas. The software ingests, aggregates, processes, and analyzes these communications in near-real time, which allows these communications to be indexed by every single word.
