Background and Discussion:
Request to execute an interlocal agreement between Harris County and the Airline Improvement District. The project has $1,155,000.00 in grant funding and the Airline Improvement District will provide $223,600.00 in leverage funding, totaling $1,378,600 budget for construction. This project consists of the construction of approximately 2,925-ft of 8-inch sanitary sewer line, sanitary sewer manholes, service connections, and septic system abandonments to eligible residents in the Wayne Crest Sec 2 Subdivision.
