Background and Discussion:
Precinct 1 wishes to make improvements to Bane Park. This Authorization To Negotiate is to start negotiations with A/E firm for programming and planning services prior to full design services.
Expected Impact:
Approval to negotiate with the selected vendor of planning and cost estimating services will allow the project scope to be confirmed so it can be designed for construction.
