Background and Discussion:
Project includes the maintenance of guardrail and bridge rail repairs at various locations throughout Precinct 1. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. There will be zero days, and zero costs added to this contract. The Precinct has requested a new bid item to be added. The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
Change includes adding the following bid Item:
1- Item 54 - Galvanized Steel Traffic Railing ($417.00/LF) (PCO # 1)
All missing in the current bid.
Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to complete the outstanding work order within the Precinct 1 limits.
