Background and Discussion:

The event runs from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on 06/19/2027.  Karen McMillan, Chair.  Rita Hubbard, Event Assistant.

 

Expected Impact:

Expecting 300 guests.  Setup begins at 7:00 am - 10:00 am on 06/19/2027, with breakdown by 5:00 pm on 06/19/2027.  Property use will be Juneteenth Park, the parking lot, the sidewalks, the walking paths, and the grass areas. Site decorations, rented portable toilets, banners, signs, amplified music, a portable stage, 15 booths, 15 canopies, a B-B-Q trailer, and 2 bouncy houses will be present.  Merchandise, food, and drink sales will range from $1.00 to $150.00.
