Background and Discussion:

Will Clayton Pkwy Segment 1 starts from 2,700-ft West of South Houston Ave to 1,370-ft East of Wilson Rd, the project scope includes reconstruction of Will Clayton Parkway from a five-lane open ditch section to a four-lane roadway boulevard with raised medians, sidewalks and traffic signal improvements at S. Houston Ave. and Wilson Rd., and storm sewers. As part of traffic signal improvements Visibility Easements (UVE) have to be acquired.
