Background and Discussion:
The project is for the construction of sidewalk on Fry Road between Saums Road and Park Row Road within Harris County, Precinct 4. The project is intended to improve and unsure reliable and safe routes of transportation to residents of the Harris County. This change in contract includes the addition of missing items to the contract for an additional amount of $21,510.00 to the current contract value so the project can be completed in accordance with the original intent.
