Background and Discussion:
Construction of sidewalks at West Lake Houston Parkway from Summer Lake Ranch Drive/Stillwater Retreat Lane to the Channel Bridge. Precinct 1 commits to funding 50 % of the construction cost for the sidewalk. HCMUD No. 499 commits to contribute 50 % of the construction cost and will initiate the design, survey, and permitting for the sidewalks and fully fund the design. HCMUD No.499 will also contract, manage, and utilize HCMUD No.499 contractors to construct the project. HCMUD No. 499 reserves the right to change the length of design and cancel segments with Precinct 1’s consent. Any utility issues that are identified during design will need to be coordinated and vetted prior to construction. Anticipated construction in 2024.
