Background and Discussion:

This annual event has taken place since for the past 30+ years as a fundraising event for scholarship money for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. 

 

Expected Impact:

Portions of the parking lot at Fonteno Park will be closed off for the event. Non-event visitors will still have access to the park for recreation.  The event takes place on January 13-14, 2023, the park will be in use January 12 and 15 for set up/take down.
