Background and Discussion:
Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 404 (HCMUD No. 404) requests approval to undertake mowing activities and receive reimbursement from the HCFCD in the amount of $22,605.00, at the same rate HCFCD pays its contractors, for a five-year term. This interlocal agreement, which has never been requested or approved in the past, will allow HCMUD No. 404 to perform routine mowing cycles along HCFCD Unit C135-00-00. This agreement ensures that mowing is conducted within the appropriate parameters to support proper vegetation control in the designated area. Its approval will enable HCMUD No. 404 to perform essential maintenance efforts, helping to preserve the effectiveness and aesthetics of the flood control infrastructure.
