Background and Discussion:
This contract is for debris monitoring services following disasters. The debris monitoring contract is a $0 contract (contract value is $41,841,630). The contractor does not mobilize until Commissioners Court approves funds; this is often done during an emergency court session following a disaster. If a Federal Disaster Declaration occurs, the contract is reimbursable by FEMA.
