Background and Discussion:
This project is for the asphalt paving improvements and roadway widening at Clay and Katy Hockley - Harris County Precinct 4.
The change involves a 259-calendar-day extension in contract time. The additional time is necessary to complete the project due to prolonged delays caused by conflicts with existing Kinder Morgan pipelines.
