Background and Discussion:

The existing space accommodations do not adequately accommodate the replaced of equipment that has exceeded its useful life.  Approving this lease will enhance productivity by providing HCTRA with the additional space necessary to accommodate necessary equipment replacements and technological advancements to effectively manage the increasing volume of graphics, signage and printing.

 

The operating expenses included with this lease are based on HCTRA’s pro rata share of the total building square footage.

 

Expected Impact:

Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
