Background and Discussion:
Request by the Office of the Purchasing Agent that the County Judge execute an interlocal renewal option with Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) in the amount of $300,000 for energy management-related engineering and project management services for the Office of County Administration for the period of January 9, 2027 - January 8, 2028 with two (2) one-year renewal options remaining, Justification for 0% MWBE Participate Goal: Exempt - Interlocal/Cooperative Agreement.
The Office of County Administration is requesting the first of four renewal options for the Interlocal Agreement with Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) to perform energy management-related engineering services, including but not limited to energy-related studies, development and implementation of energy efficiency measures, performing Measurement and Verification (M&V), and project commissioning services.
