Request by the Constable of Precinct 7 for approval of a first amendment to the agreement for law enforcement services with Missionary Village Apartments Company to change the start date of services to May 16, 2026 and revise the payment amounts for these services.

Background and Discussion:
On or about February 26, 2026, the County and the District entered into an Agreement for the provision of law enforcement services on a fee basis in the geographical area represented by the Association.
The County and the Association desire to amend the Agreement to (i) change the start date of services; and (ii) accordingly revise the payment amounts for these services.
NOW, THERFORE, the County and the Association, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, do mutually agree.
The Contract is for the period of May 16, 2026, through September 30, 2026.
Expected Impact:
The agency will provide high visibility patrols to reduce crime.
